AI EARNINGCLASH 2026 COHORT Enrol now

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using aiearningclash.pro, submitting a briefing form, or enrolling in a challenge round, cohort, corporate training programme or the Final Clash Capstone, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of an employer for corporate training, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to the relevant terms of that engagement.

2. Nature of our services

AI Earning Clash Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202974958K) provides vocational, challenge-based training in AI-assisted workflows for billable client work, delivered through structured rounds, scored drills and delivery scorecard reviews at our Pasir Panjang studio and, where agreed, remotely. Our services are training services. They are not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, an employment guarantee, an investment product or a gambling activity of any kind. "Clash", "challenge round" and related terms describe our training format only.

3. Enrolment and cohort registration

Enrolment in a round, the full circuit or a corporate cohort is confirmed once we issue written confirmation and, where applicable, receive payment or a signed corporate order. Cohort registration is limited by seat availability; submitting a briefing form or enquiry does not itself reserve a seat. We reserve the right to decline or postpone enrolment where a cohort is full, where prerequisites for a round are not met, or where we reasonably believe the service would not suit the enquirer's stated goal.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices for rounds, the full circuit, corporate training and coaching add-ons are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Invoices are payable by the date stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in a corporate order. We reserve the right to update published or quoted pricing for future cohorts; changes will not affect a round you have already paid for and been confirmed into.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation by you

Requests to reschedule or cancel a booked round made before that round's match briefing date will be handled flexibly, generally with a transfer to a later cohort or a partial refund less any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Requests made after a scored drill for that round has started are treated as a completed round for billing purposes, reflecting the facilitator time and rubric review already committed. Corporate training cancellation terms may vary and will be set out in the corporate order.

6. Cancellation or change by us

If we must cancel or materially reschedule a round — for example due to insufficient enrolment or facilitator unavailability — we will offer a transfer to another cohort date or a full refund of fees paid for that round, at your choice.

7. Learner conduct during challenge rounds

Scored drills are timed, individual assessments unless a round is explicitly run as a paired or team exercise. Submitting work that is not substantially your own for a scored drill, or sharing rubric answers with learners who have not yet attempted that drill in the current cohort, may result in that submission being marked ineligible for a delivery scorecard review, at our reasonable discretion.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee income, profit, employment, client volume or any specific business result from completing a round, the full circuit or the Final Clash Capstone. Delivery scorecards reflect performance against a published rubric at a point in time; they are not a certification of ongoing professional competence and are not issued by, or recognised by, any external accreditation body. Outcomes after training depend substantially on your own effort, existing client relationships, market conditions and how you apply what was drilled.

9. Intellectual property

Curriculum materials, match briefings, rubrics, delivery scorecard templates and this website's content, design and code remain the property of AI Earning Clash Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Enrolled learners may keep and use their own submitted work and their own delivery scorecard results, including for their own portfolio, but may not resell, publish for commercial training purposes, or redistribute our briefing materials or rubrics without written permission.

10. Website use

You agree to use aiearningclash.pro lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt the site, submit false information through the briefing form, or use automated tools to scrape curriculum content without permission. We may suspend access for any user who materially breaches this section.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Earning Clash Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, arising from your use of this website or participation in our training services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Corporate training terms

Corporate AI earning training engagements are additionally governed by the specific order, statement of work or agreement signed between AI Earning Clash Pte. Ltd. and the corporate client. Where these general terms conflict with a signed corporate agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting an already-confirmed enrolment will not be applied retroactively to that booking. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or by phone to +65 6823 5846 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT, or by post to AI Earning Clash Pte. Ltd., 20 Pasir Panjang Road, #03-08, Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117439. See also our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Legal Notice.

16. Attendance, lateness and missed drills

Challenge rounds run on a published cohort calendar. If you arrive after a match briefing has started, the facilitator may still admit you to the studio session, but the time box for the scored drill will not be extended for late arrivals. If you miss a scored drill entirely, we will ordinarily offer one transfer to the same round in a later cohort, subject to seat availability, provided you notify the circuit desk before the drill's scheduled end time. Repeated absences without notice may result in that round being treated as completed for billing purposes, because facilitator time and review capacity were already reserved for your seat.

Remote participation, where offered for a specific corporate engagement, must be confirmed in writing before the match briefing. A video link alone does not entitle a public-cohort learner to sit a drill from home unless that option was part of the original booking confirmation.

17. Tools, accounts and third-party platforms

Some rounds require you to use third-party AI tools or software accounts. Unless the booking confirmation states otherwise, you are responsible for obtaining your own access to those tools and for complying with their terms of use. AI Earning Clash does not guarantee the availability, pricing or feature set of any third-party platform, and a temporary outage of a third-party tool during a drill does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Where an outage materially prevents the cohort from completing a scored drill, we will reschedule that drill or adjust the time box at our reasonable discretion.

18. Force majeure and studio access

We are not liable for delay or failure to deliver a scheduled round where the cause is beyond our reasonable control, including building access restrictions at Mapletree Business City, severe weather advisories affecting Pasir Panjang, power or network failure at the studio, or government directions that prevent in-person training. In those cases we will offer a remote alternative where practicable, or a transfer to a later cohort date, or a refund of fees paid for the affected round if neither option is workable.
